So, please: Don’t be shy, MIX UP! While workshops, meals, in the evenings, whenever!. That is because:
Dorms are international
Because of feedback from participants, we mix the rooms internationally. So don’t think about with whom you wish to be in the same room (apart from whether he/she/they is from another nation). The reception of the International Meeting Centre St. Marienthal will play the lottery.
Food times
Breakfast 07:45 – 9:00
Lunch 12:30 – 13:30
Dinner 18:00 – 19:00
Buffet, please: bring back the dishes to the trolley. If you have a food-intolerance, inform Georg from IBZ in advance via your teacher. Vegetarian and vegan food will be provided.
Water will be always provided for free. Soft drinks via a vendor or in the chimney room via box of honesty
Social Life
In the evenings we will have “national evenings”, where the students present their countries/schools.
After that and on other free times, you can chill and socialise with other students in the “chimney room” or the foyer of the St. Clemens house. But please be aware:
- No Parties apart from the party zones, likewise in private Rooms
- Silence after 10 p.m everywhere
- Smoking only outside
- and no alcohol or drugs in- or outside.
Kitchen in St Clemens – House
National evenings can prepare food in our kitchen in dew St Clemens house. It is open for us all over the day (please keep it tidy!)
Excursions: visit of Görlitz, optional, visit of convent and the old convent library
If you are interested to visit the library or the convent, let us or your teacher know in advance.
FEE for the participants
150€ for the participants from Eastern Europe and 180€ for those from Western European countries.
